Lebanese Swiss Bank offers a housing program. |

No maximum Loan amount.
Repayment period of 20 years with a grace period of 6 months or more.
Financing of up to 80% of the property.
Interest rate calculated as follows: 40% of the 1 year Treasury Bill in LBP +3%
(Currently at 5.14%).
First Mortgage on the property as collateral |
| Conditions |
Loan is eligible for Lebanese (resident & expatriates) and foreigners.
Must be less than 64 years old by the end of the loan period.
First mortgage of the property in favor of LSB.
Proof of employment for at least 2 years.
Monthly payment shouldn't exceed 33% of the monthly income.
Life and disability insurance .
Fire insurance.
